At the AVALON BALLROOM IN SAN FRANCISCO - SEPTEMBER 16 & 17, 1966. FD-26-PP-11 in the Eric King book, without the Bindweed Press or San Francisco Poster Company notation, printed long after the show. Just some minor tape pulls and adhesive residue near the edges. That is not at all visible from the front. Dimensions are 14 1/4" x 19 5/8".
