This is a pretty historic poster from a very short period in San Francisco/Grateful Dead history. Jerry Garcia played the Orpheum only 8x in his lifetime.

The first in 1976 was a 1 nighter and has been released as "Don't Let Go" and then he played 3 shows in 1988 and 4 shows in 1989 before moving down the street permanently to The Warfield Theatre where he played innumerable shows with the JBG, David Grisman and more. The Grateful Dead also played an 8 show run at The Orpheum in 1976 but that's another story and another poster.
