Clearly, and without question one of the most influential pieces of Grateful Dead Art - from the 1980's! And arguably too - of All-Time! The Art Masterpiece of the one & only Alton Kelley! Colorful - Bright & Bold - as this is an image that really just' Speaks'...

Or, as I should probably say - Sings! Sings Grateful Dead Rock & Roll Songs! Colors & Artwork on this one.

As I would truly like to have an official' Head Count' - on just how-many Fans! The " Book of the Deadheads ".... Also the count of Fans that the Band! Turned on to the Band - but, then those Fans just also had to have this G. It is just so Amazing!

- and, there's really no other way to say it. Basically, it offers a snap-shot of the Grateful Dead! - their Music - their Fans - the Scene - I mean you name it...

And, just to consider that this was all " Pre-1983 "!!! As, for better or worse - well, and then... Just enough to change the scene forever - as then it was soon time for Stadium Tours! - mainly, on the Summer Tours.

If you've ever seen the Grateful Dead in the what? - say 80,000 + old Giants Stadium - then, you will know where I'm coming from there. Any Grateful Dead Book as Great as " The Official Book Of The Deadheads " needs some seriously Fantastic! Did Kelley ever deliver with this one. So much, in fact - that this Beautiful!

Art Design was even selected as one of the two major 1983 Grateful Dead Summer Tour " T-Shirt " designs for the Tour! Now that is some Pretty-Impressive Art Rock! So yes, here you go - the Vintage-Original!

Item Condition : This Grateful Dead " The Official Book of the Deadheads " Handbill (Promotional Flyer / Poster) featuring the Classic! Grateful Dead 1983 Artwork by Alton Kelley is in overall Very Good condition. Handbill has a few light indentations - including a light/shallow corner dog-ear type crease on the upper right corner (please see photos/photo #6).

The Handbill is on thin & smooth paper, and measures approximately Five Inches by Seven Inches (5" x 7"). Please see all photos provided. Photos included are of the actual item you will receive.
