Grateful Dead original 1st printing concert poster for the November 4 & 5, 1966 concerts at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco. It has "The Bindweed Press, San Francisco" notation on the bottom right. This is number FD-33 from the Family Dog series of concert posters with art by Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse. It is the first Avalon Ballroom concert poster done by them. The poster is hand signed in ink by Mouse and Kelley over Oxford Circle in the lower center area.

This poster is custom framed with double matte and glass. The poster measures approximately 14 x 20 inches. The framed poster measures 22 x 28 inches.
