Popularly known as Skeleton & Roses, it features artwork by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley FD-26 (RP-3) in the Family Dog concert poster series. This is a circa 1966 third printing, distinguished by the 26(3) and Family Dog Productions 1966. The Bindweed Press, San Francisco appears in the border above the right side of the ticket outlets strip.

This poster was part of the Smithsonians 20th Century American Posters exhibit and accompanying book.
