17 1/2 x 22 1/2 ins. Art by Mouse Studios 1967. Paper loss top left corner with crease and stain.

2 tears to the left of it. 1 set of staple holes each corner. Bottom left corner tip missing.

Couple of small stains bottom right corner. Slight tone to paper from age. A little creasing and dirt mainly around the edges. The image area is pretty clean. There is one crease at bottom that goes into the word Fillmore. It's much better than it sounds. I have 2 of these so this one has to go. Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, Quicksilver and Moby Grape at Fillmore Auditorium April 12, 1967. Cut a matte around it and it would look fantastic.
