Up for sale is a 1967 Original Grateful Dead Fan Club 14x20 Poster Golden Road Uncut Order Form. This was one of the earliest rock and roll fan club promotional items. This poster is in excellent condition, although it does have a couple of very small tears along the bottom. Nothing distracting and the rest of the poster is mint.
