This poster is designated FD-12 in the Family Dog numbered series and has the No. 12-2 imprint in the lower right corner indicating this poster is the second printing.

Along with the Grateful Dead this concert also featured Quicksilver Messenger Service and The New Tweedy Brothers playing two nights, June 10 and 11, 1966 at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco.
