Grateful Dead RatDog Bob Weir Original Poster Artwork by AJ Masthay. Beauty

Offered for sale is an original artwork by AJ Masthay created for a poster heralding RatDog's final performances ever at Red Rocks and the Ogden Theater in Colorado, 2014. The second photo shows the image of the actual poster (not included in this offering). The signed piece is a pastel/charcoal sketch on Canson Edition paper stock with a deckled bottom edge and measures about 14 3/4" x 22". It is in excellent condition and exhibits a few artist's smudges in the margin areas along with a charcoal color palette on the right edge. All original, all very cool!

Photos don't begin to do this piece justice - it is absolutely stunning to see in person. If you know anything about Mr. Masthay's process, it is mind-boggling to imagine the amount of work it takes to. Start with the original sketch and end up with such a refined finished product. Google it - pretty amazing!
