Date: Jan 27, 1967 - Jan 28, 1967. Venue: Avalon Ballroom (San Francisco, CA). Size:13 15/16" x 20 1/8". I have owned it since. In the 1980's the poster was framed and a backing matte was secured to the back of the poster.

It was under a glass frame until today when the frame was removed to measure the original poster. The darker colored edges (3/16) that were under the frame. The corners and edges are in excellent shape. There is one tack hole on the top of the poster and one small tear on the upper left side which has been matted down and secure. I have included pictures of the some the detail.

I have been told the coloring looks like a 1st edition printing. Since I bought it six months after the original concert in mint condition I presume it is a 45-1 2nd printing.
