For sale is an amazing one of kind reverse painted rendition of the extremely rare Aoxomoxoa poster made by Bill S while in prison at Groveland, New York in 1986. To be reverse painted is an amazing thing BUT what makes this even more extraordinary is that is was done from memory! I acquired this years ago from his former cell mate who received it as a gift from Bill.

Included is the letter sent along with the artwork. I've tried very hard to find Bill S the infamous artist but to no luck. Maybe he will see this and contact me. The detail is remarkable but made more remarkable is was reverse painted from memory. The artist is truly gifted. Glass was prohibited in prison so Bill painted it on thin plastic. Condition is good with some chipping along the edges and minor fading due to age. Overall decent ready to frame condition.
